The Sinfonia is run by volunteers and relies on the goodwill of its supporters rather than charging high ticket prices.

We are committed to bringing joy to the heart of the cultural life of our town by offering a programme of exceptional live music that is affordable to everyone, but to do this the orchestra is dependent on the consistent support of Friends.

Donations at concerts are simply not enough to cover the costs involved in assembling a professional orchestra. In recognition of this Friends are offered the opportunity to reserve seats at our concerts.
